Reunion Technologies training services are designed to be as unique as our customer’s needs.  Web Site Management is a process – not a product.  And the process of rolling out a completed project and establishing a happy, active end-user base is a critical element of a successful project. 
 

The two critical aspects of training are the creation of training materials and the actual classroom or remote training sessions.  Each is equally important. 
 

 

Train-the-Trainer Training

Reunion Technologies provides basic system training as part of our normal roll-out process. As we complete the initial customization and integration process, Reunion Technologies walks our clients through their system. We work together with the client  and provide regular training and system updates from configuration to go-live.
 

End-User Training

Typically done in a classroom setting, this training comes with completely customized documentation.  We walk through actual tasks and refer to the documentation to get people used to referring to the documentation.  The documentation is a “how to” manual, with very simple, step-by-step instructions, images and screenshots throughout. 
 

Customized Training

Your web site management solution is as unique as your organization.  Reunion Technologies provides customized training programs to ensure our customers are well prepared to manage as much you want. Your objective may be to train new users, tune up existing users (advanced user training), update training materials and “how to” manuals, or to find improvements and tweaks to the system.
